- Connection Data: Network connection type, IP address (temporary, for connection purposes only). IP addresses (including internal network addresses) are sent to your video stream peer as defined in the WebRTC standard.
- Performance Data: App crashes, errors, and performance metrics (anonymized)
3. Information We Do NOT Collect
We want to be clear about what we do not collect:
- ❌ Video or Audio Content: All video and audio streams are transmitted directly between your devices using peer-to-peer technology. With the exception of cases when direct WebRTC P2P (via NAT Punch-through) connection fails to establish, the video stream is sent via our TURN relay server. We do not store, record, or have access to your streaming content in either case.
- ❌ Location Data: We do not collect or track your physical location
- ❌ Contacts: We do not access your device contacts
- ❌ Photos or Media: We do not access your photo library or media files
- ❌ Browsing History: We do not track your web browsing

- We do not store, record, or have access to your streaming content
- Streaming is real-time only and not recorded
- IP addresses (including internal network addresses) are exchanged between peers as required by the WebRTC standard for connection establishment
International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and maintained on servers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ.
If you are located outside Lithuania and choose to use our service, please note that we transfer your data to Lithuania and process it there. By using TraceGrid Stream, you consent to this transfer.
